ORDER CANCELLATION
We do not accept cancellations once orders are in processing. Orders may start processing the day they are placed and we reserve the right to refuse cancellation of an order at our discretion. 

RETURNS
Due to the nature of our products, they are not refundable or returnable. Please make sure that you have reviewed all of the ingredients in the products you are purchasing, as no refunds will be given for dissatisfaction with scent or ingredients which you are allergic to. All Products may not be returned because once shipped we can no longer guarantee the purity of the products for our customers. Defective or damaged merchandise will be replaced by The Healthy Breast Co. In the event we make an error, we will gladly authorize the return of incorrect or defective merchandise and pay for the return shipping costs on domestic orders. Should we omit an item on domestic orders, we will ship it to you on notification of the shortage provided you contact us within 3 days of delivery. You agree to carefully inspect all ingredients and products upon arrival and report any problems or need for replacement within 3 days of receiving the goods.

DAMAGE OR LOST SHIPMENT CLAIMS
Please inspect all packages at the time of delivery and if damaged, contact us ASAP so we may process your claim. If you notice any damaged items upon unpacking your order, leave the box and contents as is, save all of the packing material and contact us so we may arrange an inspection of the package and issue a claim. If the package was lost or damaged and shipped on our shipping account, We will handle the claim/loss information and re-ship the order to you once the claim has been paid. All packages must be reported within 5 days of delivery if missing an item or damage, no exceptions. No Refunds will be provided. We will either issue a credit to your account or replace the order, if the claim is paid. We recommend that you first inform the carrier so we may file a claim as soon as possible.
